What we collect

Pata lists public WhatsApp Business details so people can find shops and services. That can include shop name, city, product names, prices, and the public WhatsApp number.

When you search on the website, we process your words to show results. We do not read private chats between you and a seller.

How we use it

• Help buyers find shops and services near them
• Connect you to sellers on WhatsApp
• Let shop owners prove they own their listing

Shop owners

You can claim your shop on /claim. To remove your listing, email privacy@pata.africa with your WhatsApp number.
